Shipping and Delivery
Processing and shipping times : To ensure product availability, our orders require a logistical preparation time of 2 to 3 working days before being handed over to the carrier.
Delivery methods and times : We ship our products via Chronopost to guarantee a reliable service. Once the parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France : 24h express delivery. Total delivery time (preparation + transport) is generally 3 to 5 working days.
- Europe and Africa : Delivery between 2 and 6 working days depending on destination.
Delivery charges Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your basket according to the total weight of your order and your delivery address, based on Chronopost's current rates. The exact amount is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Return and Refund Policy
Cooling-off period : In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal if a product does not suit you.

Acceptance conditions
- Products must be returned in new condition, complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Hygiene and health : For reasons of strict hygiene, sterile products or products that have been in contact with the skin cannot be returned if they have been unsealed or opened by the customer after delivery.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Refund Once the return has been received and inspected by our services, we will issue a full refund (excluding return costs) to the payment method used at the time of ordering, within a maximum of 14 days.
